is because that roles royce did not have any tag imformation on it at the time of the stop
now th-rnton was asked for his licance and vihical information by that officar who had stopped him, and thorten told the officar this according to the memphis police department that he had just bought that car, and that he did not have the paperwork with him
now officers also saying that while the aproach to that vihical, they could smell a very strong oter of marijuana
