or step outside the diverging lines
sometimes i cannot blame my enemy
when such atrocities against the will
are perpetuated by those i know are real
are they influenced or influencers?
why are these already over-loud voices
amplified and fuelled?
the leeches need new content
to draw the naive in
to further the spread of misery
the contagion of despair
we’ve lost the middle ground
only extremists remain
and those who are sane
are fighting a losing battle
