and i am failing at my job because there’s about 10 people here waiting to learn

your fighting with your teacher when you do something wrong
when you cheat, when you talk back, when you’re unprepared, and you’re talking back to me

most of you i have known since kindergarten
you treat me like zero
i have tied your shoes, i have helped you when you were sick, and you lost a dollar, and you felt sad, and your mom’s gonna get mad at you, and i helped you
and now you treat me like dirt and you think its funny

treat me like less than human being (you think its funny, have at it)
i don’t care
my self worth is not based on what you guys think (got it)
i have something to teach, some of you are here to learn that
if your not i don’t care (just be quiet)
if your not quiet, its gonna be infractions all day and eventually like matthew i am gonna send you out
i am sick of you guys laughing at me (sick of it)
i am not doing my job
i failed vincent today, i failed isla today
i failed… you took away their instructional time
you think its funny
you use foul language (you don’t your turn off technology) you think its funny
it’s unbelievably disrespectful
i didn’t come here to do this
i didn’t teach j-panese for 25 years to do this
if you don’t like my subject, be quiet, just check the box, do your work (or don’t i don’t care)

would you guys stop fighting me on everything
you think your so cool, you guys are in big trouble
academic dishonesty is a big deal
