than see the humanity of the enslaved

a conflict for justice or a conflict that left just us

deranged, crazed, in a daze
miseducated and misbehaved
there must be a way for your humanity to be recognized

but that’s what the good side had to say to my ancestors
may we grant them a higher reward than recognition of their humanity by barbaric humans
