the external urethral sphincter is what you control
to allow the amount of urine you put in the toilet bowl

and stretch receptors tell your brain the urine must fall
the brain tells the detrusor muscle to contract
while the internal urethral sphincter opens, that’s a fact
the external urethral sphincter relaxes as well
and the urine exits your body, making you feel swell!
