rainbows intertwined

trying to express my thoughts, by making lines
but i must try harder
the world is so cold
so i scratch the surface with my parker
metaph0r-s and similies make me feel warmer
my biggest high comes from the double entendre
going around, coming around
my pens moving karma
a cycle that has no end in sight
as long as i have plight
my pen spills for the wake of life
words drop heavier when i write

find the complexity in this simplicity
the wizadry is done explicitly
like written words to fathom the misery
but i swear life uses happniess as bait
trying to hook my line
feeling like a crook of time
felonies from my book of rhymes
trying to con the b-tch of life
it’s her skin i’m trying to get under
thinking quick before she takes my number
i promise i’m not failing
this is more than an ailment
this is a glimpse into this periodic time piece
