warning: in this heightened state of anger, one sees that into the distorted reflection of the abyss. the reflection is an image of the existing struggle, one when the issue at hand has yet to be realized or confronted. this creates [?]. for some, if left unresolved, conflict can manifest itself in a feeling of [?] or a nagging, almost internal burning sensation. this can become the motive for planned revenge, fits of rage, or in extreme cases, one may even become violent and soon come to homicidal urges, including murder. make no mistake: when the monster becomes more visible to one’s own self, we can often fall back into an unconscious state of rage and we may seek out any means necessary to resolve the conflict. the lack of one’s ability to set aside the need for revenge can often be seen as a weakness, even though some might think revenge by means of confrontation would put a swift end to the internal struggle of the conflict. to end this with violence or by committing a crime such as murder is in most cases more alarming to one’s own conscience than they can handle, and the act can also at times result in the very rapid deterioration of one’s own mental stability. acting out revenge to resolve conflict can result in overwhelming guilt, extremely worse, and then life becomes an all-consuming battle of regret, self-loathing, and never-ending internal conflict
