today i read about shaqs journey into retirement. shaq talked about how he had to retire after the celtics because his injuries wouldn’t allow him to continue to play basketball. shaq went through a series of injuries during his time in the nba . shaq took allot of damage in the nba simply because of his pure sk!ll and size
shaq was constantly fouled in games because he was notoriously known for missing free throws so that’s what most teams did to stop him

today i read about shaqs retirement from the nba shaq retired after he played with the celtics. shaq was wanted back with the celtics for another year because kendrick perkins was leaving because he wanted to much money. the celtics weren’t willing to give him the money. the celtics asked shaq to come back but shaq didn’t want the pressure of the whole franchise on his back. shaq says he wasn’t healthy enough to go out there and play every night in the place of perkins. shaq didn’t want the the blame if they weren’t winning games he knew he was done
