dumhevae came into the world with 10 bold hairs
dumhevae had no feet
the hotaw who made the creature
hated to see him wriggle all over the prarie
offering it water again & again
to see it slip in p-ss but in vain
so arms were offered to put it a bit
after losing blood they’d limply sit dumhevae in a (4op?) chariot
after subduing it with some crops & thongs
dumhevae was given long green trees
when he fumbled around all over the land
making sound like a frightened stampede.
dumhevae would never get used to using or balancing those legs just right
like walking with broken ankles or building a fire on a mountain side.
years passed & green trees aged brown
the leaves had long since fallen astray
small twigs broke off the trunks
only large twigs were left large as fence stakes
we had cooked chuck on a big fire
and bread were brewing stick in hand
the flames were high above our heads
cattle thunder i heard, i jumped & ran
dumhevae jumped through our fire
and he knocked my horse out cold
that horse would eat wood & rocks now
i never had trouble just 1 1/2 years old.
dumhevae had on fire legs hopping high landing & burning all woods wide
deserts in an instant water boiled off. something must be done i frightened cried.
buzzards who had claim in a gold vein tree
lost their home to an ash mound
this organized them hate distributed
its share hate turned to anger they had to find new ground
they left to get the stupid god who had ruined their nest
swooped down like a big black water dumped
and grabbed its h-rns, nostrils & eyelids
dumhevae was mooing & cursing
those 10 hairs were frying up quick
up those buzzards went to the clouds
& the sun & their own feathers singed.
they disposed of the god screaming & came back featherless in
trade their heads were burnt but for good. it was liquors they mixed & made. living away from sunlight in hovels next to springs
if you drink the fermented stomach wine you start kissing rocks & seeing things
