so how can i be optimistic

i repeat
an era lacking in intelligence
it’s all about party money s-x
liquor , weed and fashion
(dressing to impress)
no self respect
so the people are a mess
but to be honest i kinda expected less
my peers lack initiative
forced to attend cl-sses
but every concert
packed by the m-sses
absence in the time for change
hypocrisy
we mistake popularity
for democracy
thoughts set to explode
like splitting atoms
give you deeper thoughts
something to fathom
i see through the bullsh-t
like seeing phantoms
had to sn-tch the mic up
