as september rose
i exhumed my hopes from the very deepest soil
where innocence is lying
and before my eyes
dead and mortified, i embrace my darkest fear
the wind of autumn

the silence of the fall
leading agony

the blackened mirror of “i”, reflects my faculty
of successful failure
i keep on wandering
through gray parks of dead and forgotten memories
where dreams are buried deep

dead leaves told me the story of time
the wind of fall cannot be defiled
pale are the hopes i want to keep
and pain can reveal
is it me that is keeping life?
is it life that is keeping cries?
everything will be fading away as it never had to be

is it me that is closing eyes?
i will fade away and vanish as i never had to be
leave me, leave me, leave me, leave me not to be
unjustified !

pale is the wall i mourn in
pale are the days
dead are the words i am to hear
dead is the me
i used to live inside
gray are the pages i read
gray is the faith i believed in

fear is a misty mountain
that i believe is abiding
in my inner self
instead of fighting i climb it !
oh, what i feel ?
blind am i?
i put my feet in the empty sp-ce !
i fall into disgraceful dawn of wisdom !

the season’s illness : have i got to close my eyes ?
the seasons illness : my death is about to die !

have i lost my faith in the sea of men ?
or have humanity ceased to be ?
what matter have i done to harvest in autumn
what i’ve sewn in my lost september ?
