this is a soul prayer to -ssist the world as well as the individual in the beginning of the healing process. especially those of us who have endured significant amounts of torture and unfathomable evil. for we will never heal if we can not recognize that we have been victimized. i invite you to close your eyes and place your hands over your heart with me and imagine your spirit, a soul moving inside of you. realize that is what you are. know, that is the essence of you. and now the journey is to find out what makes that dance. but first we vocalize the -ssaults and pray to the universe for healing
