i’m still trying to find a good therapist
i tried a few, couldn’t really connect
when i’m bouncing ideas off of people
like working them out
it helps me work it out myself
sometimes i’ll use chat gpt as a therapist
it’ll give me good ass advice

i’m not sh-tting on it, i’m just saying for me
i’ve been to therapy
when i get in the ring on a friday night
i’m looking to knock a n-gga out, woo
for me personally
it’s no offense to anybody who thinks therapy’s good
it’s been worthless
pеople are encouragеd to go talk to some random stranger
who doesn’t know sh-t about you
i feel like you guys
can give me more perspective
on what’s going on with my life
than somebody who doesn’t even know me
doesn’t really know how i think
doesn’t know how i do things
how i put things together
there’s therapy for you to talk to yourself
and figure these things out
but like i said, can you admit when you have a problem?
most people can’t admit that they have an actual problem
but that’s the ego
if you can’t say, i’m irritated right now
i’m treating this other person like sh-t
because of x, y, and z
or sometimes certain things
certain habits i have when i’m not going with them
they affect my body. what i eat affects my mood
you know what i mean? all these little things
some people are preoccupied
with so many other things that they fall last
you know what i mean?
but also how you’re saying with a therapist
how they don’t know your habits
they don’t know this, that, the other
but you gotta build that up with somebody
you have to find someone you can trust
you feel like they give good advice
and then build that relationship
like that’s not just gonna happen
you’re not just gonna walk in
and they’re gonna know everything about you
opening yourself up to that
sharing things, sharing your thought process
sharing your stories, maybe different things in your life
and then them asking questions back
to try to identify maybe where there’s something in your past
that’s causing certain types of trauma
that you’re not really aware of
like we can break down issues and then build back up
strength in different aspects
and a lot of times i see a m-th-rf-cker go to therapy
and then a m-th-rf-cker comes back
with all these pills and all this bullsh-t
whoa, yeah, f-ck, my bad
i told you, when he be makin a point, look
and be like, look, yeah, yeah
i just feel like i’ve been in too many situations
and around too many different people not to f-ckin pay attention
i feel like i absorb other people’s feelings
yeah, like i might be in a room with people
and i feel a certain way
yeah. and i’m like, bro
somebody in the room f-ckin feels like this
somebody did this
there’s some lame ass m-th-rf-cker in the room
i mean, nah, it’s not like that
it’s more of like their feelings
our version’s funnier though
i just think people need to spend more time being alone
and tuning their internal clock
