emotions started at a young age

dad tried his best but had to work late

told me that you didn’t care, but i didn’t care
cause they didn’t know you like i did
they all judged you, mom
but i never meant to be like them
brainwashed by the system help us
they’re splitting kid from their parents
everybody makes mistakes, we’re all victims
you just gotta close your ears
but you listened to the voices saying that we didn’t really need you
left you out still bleeds too
these mirrors that are right here. can still hear you right there
everytime i stare at garrett he looks just like you
sometimes i wonder what you might do
