open to the king, azud aim, sitting on his throne as his loyal guard, dwighte jeskas, opens the doors to the throne room and talks to him about a scroll that the orc leader, mon crusher, sent to the castle

dwighte jeskas: my king, you have a scroll sent to you

azud grabs the scroll from dwighte’s hand and opens it using his claws. azud reads as his face becomes more troubled and subtly fearing

azud aim: we need to take action on this, meet me in the council room
dwighte jeskas: yes, king

cut to the council room

wenceslas: how do we tell thе people?
khuhnem nusha: wе need to plan. they probably already have a plan ready
azud aim: we need to gather more weapons, more resources…
angloth: tell the people, azud
azud aim: i will, angloth, but we need to plan this first
wenceslas: this is mon we are talking about. he k!lled half of boca
angloth: azud!

azud looks at angloth with a stern and slightly angered face

azud aim: calm yourself, angloth, this is different then the goblin fiasco. way different
wenceslas: but the goblins, they’re not that experienced. the orcs have ruled over alkor and west for over a century!
azud looks worried but brave

cut to outside of the king’s tower, in the market district of the furrdenia castle

borris: hey, give that back!

a thief grabs an apple from one of the market stalls

tomaso clay: hey!

tomaso, a witness to the crime, chases down the thief in a heated chase sequence

tomaso tackles the thief as bystanders watch them fight

tomaso clay: give me, this!

tomaso returns the apple to borris. then two guards pick up the thief and put him into the brig

deleted scene: the thief experiences the brig, also known as the dungeon. he sees a guy banging his head on bars, a guy reading a book, and a guy who’s bleeding out. the thief has a scared expression

cut to outside of the market district. tomaso meets up with greyson

tomaso: i thought you control the thieves, hmm?
greyson: we were chasing him down, but we lost him
tomaso: well you guys are dressed head to toe with 150-something pound armor
greyson: it’s around 45
tomaso: okay, whatever. i’ve had enough tracking down thieves because you slack off
greyson: imagine, right? you were chasing down a thief in 45-pound armor and the said thief you were chasing was going the speed of a crolith
tomaso: alright, just…do better
cut to the council room. isaak, one of azud’s guards, opens the doors to the room

isaak: another scroll, king

azud opens the scroll, after seconds of a blank expression, azud’s expression turns into fear and worriedness

azud aim: we have to set up! set up the soldiers, the cannons…everything!
wenceslas: we’re done! we’re done!
