portland is a biking town or are you talking about all your lizards trade up to your bikes out there? (yelling) so you guys know what i’m talking about? (yeah) uhm i used to ride my bike to work everyday it all-year-round commuter in chicago, illinois. (hooo) yeah. i had all the gear and stuff like that uhm right through the rain or snow , nothing kept me down. and i was an all-year-round commuter of vegan and an improviser.(laughter) so if you think i’m self righteous now (laughter) you should’ve known me then. but unfortunately when you ride your bike everyday, you get into some scr-pes and i did a hit of pothole went right over my handle bars
landed directly on my face scr-ped it off, popped the bag on (laughter) but broke two ribs and the whole thing yeah it’s terrible. and uhm if you ever had broken ribs there’s nothing that you can do for it you just have to like sit around there’s no.. you just take pain medication and wait. (laughter) so i spent so much time on the couch healing my two broken ribs. then made it..to the end of netflix. (laughter) there’s not a lot there some ted talks about gr-ss (laughter) tons of meth doc-mentaries (laughter) but in did watch uhm a really awesome doc-mentary called uhm “the battered b-st-rds of baseball” (cheering) which you guys might know ‘cause it’s about your baseball team. yeah exactly portland mavericks. uhm great doc-mentary i love that doc-mentary ‘cause i love baseball it’s my favorite sport. i love it so much, i love it ‘cause it’s old, it’s slow, and n0body likes it (laughter). that’s why i like baseball. (laughter) i love watching that doc-mentary because it’s kind of like essentially what baseball is about. right? like uhm that team was built up it was all walk on, just everybody tried out , they put this team together. it’s rag tag team guys together like that’s what baseball’s about. right? you just get the team together and anybody can play it. it’s just like kind of every sk!ll level like you could be john kruk that looks like you could own a lumber liquidator and you can play first base and then in the national baseball league. anybody can play you can be any type of bike type. you can play baseball. anybody can play baseball right? anybody . will can play baseball? anybody? (laughter) anybody can play baseball as long as you’re not a woman you can play baseball and it’s so inclusive in that way and that.. (laughter) that’s what i love about it. there’s not like a super famous movie about the fact that women used to play baseball. a pfft no there’s not that. (laughter)there’s not that. i love baseball so much [?] playing it and i was playing on a sunday baseball league. and i was excited about it. every time i saw my friends i was like “ugh gotta play baseball” so much fun i love it so much every sunday playing baseball. and they’d be like “don’t you mean.. softball?” (laughter) i do not and i hate the s-xism in that , i hate it so much, i hate it so much. because number one i think it’s s-xist that we invent to the sport and they were like “oh let’s make it slightly different so women can play it” just the same sport but the ball is easier to hit but harder to throw. okay. that’s weird i don’t understand (laughter) it’s super weird
let’s never teach women how to throw anything and then give them like a ab.. and ah great fruit size ball to throw (laughter) and then we like “pfft. you can’t throw that thing come on? (laughter)
so awful. and i don’t wanna like poo poo anybody to play softball because like that’s this worth it exists and then you have our talents [?] you. practice and you training you get good softball so i’m not saying that i’m not.. just the invention of it and also like it takes years to be able to get ponytail that type you know? (laughter) so i don’t wanna be disparaging (laughter) seism about sports i just don’t understand it because it’s all made up like the who.. [?] made it all up.so like for you to say that some,one group of people can’t play a made up thing? you’re out of your mind (crowd cheering) ‘cause that [?] it. it was all made up (clapping)but the bigger issue of s-xism and people being like “don’t you mean softball?” everytime i talk about baseball is that they think women are so stupid. we don’t even know the sport were actively played (laughter)
like i could [?] horseback riding like “oh my god frisby is so fun” (laughter) all people should do this. (laughter)
