h-llo, human. sh… i’m not here to harm you. i can see you’ve harmed yourself enough allready. i’m sorry that you’ve been in such pain that you selveharmed. the pain you experienced can be incredibly overwhelming and pain makes us do things we can’t allways stop ourselves from doing, so i came to remind you that you are strong enough to handle your feelings without harming yourselve. in those moments when you feel you have to harm yourselve, hold an icecube, draw on yourselve, or snap yoursеlve with an elastic band. thesе methods will help you lessen those urges to hurt yourselve. you have friends, parents, teachers, online supportgroups and selveharm hotlines that you can open up to. admitting you struggle is not a weakness. you are far stronger for seeking help. it can be hard to live with the scars at first, but, they are not a reminder of weakness. they are a sign of your strength. they do not define you. they are a part of you, but, they are a reminder of how resilient you have been when dealing with your pain. you are beautyfull, and your scars do not take away from your beauty. continue to be strong, human. i know you will
