[newscast]
when i look at even $15 an hour and i multiply out that’s like $30,000 a year and it’s hard for me to imagine how anybody could even live on $30,000 a year much less $9.19. these were never intended to be living wage jobs to begin with they’re entry level jobs
[verse 1: mstrfrd]

an entry level job is paid accordingly. we can’t just artificially raise this rate up to $15 an hour and say, “hey i can’t afford to live, i’m not making enough money.” you’re in the wrong job. you need get more education, more sk!lls and move up
