i used to hold a lump in my throat
til i found myself swimming in a moat
alligators pyrahana(sp) barracuda and jellyfish
the last one stung me but i healed real quick

we spun around together caught a circle
swell from the wind the night turning purple
eyeing each other suspicions and warily
when we all just wanted the oceans free

so anger took over and we started to spit
yelling and screaming repeating same sh-t
then the one of the fish remembered its wings
flying above she wept and tried to sing

with the fish taking a leap and a splash
tears rolling down with every impact
the predators and prey gatehered for slay
and through the spit and the tears a waterfall was made

the moat began to rise with the water
wide eyed the crazies hushed not an utter
the water swelled and then spilled over
lucky that fish had a four leaf clover

she wished then she “preyed” on the beauty below
the swirls of the colors an awesome rainbow
the net was dropped no need for it
cause once the d-mn broke the powers would split

while in that water a wheel
trust and unity was found and sealed
they swam and they swam and met each other
now they knew they mirrored their brother

the tears of love poured from the mothers
the love could be found in the death of the fathers
the feel of the real and what we are
forever together our souls should not part
