— opening —
h-llo, so right now, i’m just here, and i’m in my bas-m-nt, and i’m playing captain toad’s treasure tracker on the wii u because i really wanted a wii u ’cause i had a wii, and i was like, “but i want a wii u.” i think it was for the exclusive games, i don’t know, i don’t remember, i don’t care
-coughs- ah, excuse me, sorry, so
— trans issues 101 —
there’s some things to talk about in regards to, um, you know, being trans
that’s mainly, you know: the issues, like you’re talking about being trans, and it’s like, “oh my god, i have dysphoria, and i’m being socially targeted,” and that sh-t is awful, and it’s like, you know, so you’re at school or wherever you’re at, and so you’re just talking to someone, then out of nowhere, there’s your deadname, and, like, you haven’t used that name in like a year ’cause, like, you came out, and you- and they know better, and they- -exhales- ugh, it’s dumb, you know, you know what i’m talking about
anyways, i think i’m losing- i’m taking too much damage in captain toad … but i do want those coins though
— comments on practicality —
so anyways, like, with the exception of advice of like “get a gun” and, like, hang out with the right people, i don’t there’s much- like- that … very much different stuff that you can do now. i mean you can aid people i guess: go volunteer or something. you know there’s a lot of opportunities to get together as a community and help out not just trans people, just like whoever needs it; maybe you need it! i don’t know, i’m not in a position of great need, and, so, it’s about who needs what-where-when. so the idea of mutual aid: it’s not really something that can be achieved in the present state, but it’s a general camaraderie that, “i got your back, and you got mine, and we all, like, help each other mutually!” which is in the name, duh. and it’s not perfect now, but there’s a lot that can be done now, yeah, i’m not good with examples right now, ugh
— history —
things admittedly don’t look super bright future-wise, but, you know, i’m going to keep my head up because think about where everyone’s been, the long history of being trans, whatever, like- to put it eloquently, there’s been a lot of crazy sh-t that’s happened, and a lot of people who have given their lives for us to be where we are right now―not to sound like a nationalist―but you know, like- like the- the stonewall riots, like marsha p. johnson. like- these were some of the bravest people alive, i don’t know how they, like, got around to life- living
— philosophy for dummies —
well, i do know how they got around to living: they did it because they wanted to because they got a sense of vitality from it because that’s who they are, and that’s how they’re going to live if you’re alive breathing on this earth, you know. i get it in a sense to not die living like who you don’t wanna be, but it’s still a lot, and, i mean maybe it’s my age, but i-i’m-i’m not comfortable, though fred hampton grew to prominence in his 20s. and, you know, i’m kind of cowardly for that, but i’m playing the wii u right now, so that’s where i’m at
and i’m get all the coins! look! check this out! oh my god. well, you’re not really checking much out, but i’m getting mad coin, oh my god, 36? i could make a rap career out of this! -coughs- bruh, aaah. well, this is kind of just like me when i’m not writing like, “get a gun! get a gun! get a gun! get a gun! get a gun!” you know, that’s rhyming, tha-that’s like- ’cause it ends with “gun,” and the next line ends with “gun” so i’m like one of the greats at this point
— jenny’s pop philosophy —
you know, i’m all about fun. just you’re around, and you can talk about, um, not to try to trivialize things, though i trivialize things everyday, but, um, i just want a, like, a venue where it’s like you can let loose and then j- chill out, and then you’ll have your other venues where you’re talking about how there’s systemic oppression, -controller fl!cks- and it’s just like if it’s all about dysphoria and the troubles we face, why face them? by that, i mean why face anything at all? like go through the trouble of living. and that’s what happens when you frame it as trouble, and there is a lot of trouble in it-
oh my god, this is a minigame i’m probably gonna butcher, uuuh alright go, go, go, go, go, go! that’s a lot of coins. bam! bam! 50 coins in one- oh my god, i count money, i swerve in the hundee [humvee], it was a crazy idea. yeah, this is like me
if you’re listening all the way through to this, then either you’re a super-fan of me or you fell asleep. like, you fell asleep, and it’s still playing, or maybe, you left the room to get, like, a drink, whatever
— closer closer —
so, what’s the life lesson? the wisdom that i have to teach―white and 16? just like go crazy, go stupid, ahhhhhhhh. you know, like … -mouth cl!ck- the thing is that the coolest trans people are the ones who are the chillest, and you hang out with them and like, “oh my god, they’re awesome and they’re- that’s f-cking funny as f-ck; they’re funny as f-ck and cute as f-ck,” you know, like usually, trans people are hot, not to be self-aggrandizing. and there’s the annoying ones that are like not really talking about systemic issues even, just, like, talking about their own issues, “eh! i don’t pass! eh! my parents suck!” and it’s like, “alright, m- alright, me too, good job!” oh god, 7 minutes? (which i edited to 6 minutes!)
anyways, get the wii u, ge- just get a wii u. get a wii u. go to the gamestop and get yourself a wii u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u
