sitting up in a comfortable seated position
with the spine tall and straight
chest lifted
shoulders relaxed and down
take this moment to fully come into your being
into your body
take a deep breath in through the nose
allowing your belly to rise and rib cage to expand
and exhale, releasing any stress, tension, or pain

as you breathe in, feel this infinite energy
coming up from the base of the spine
all the way up to the crown of the head
and exhale
letting go of anything that does not serve you

breathe in deeply through the nose
and exhale fully
emptying out
allowing more sp-ce to breathe back in

allow the breath to move through you uninterrupted
each inhale, open up your heart sp-ce
filling yourself up with this wonderful, infinite light energy
filling up with love, grat-tude, and acceptance
each exhale, releasing and surrendering
into the sp-ce of stillness
and complete relaxation

breathing in
breathing out
let these waves of bliss wash over you
as you relax more and more into this sp-ce
surrender
let yourself fall deeper into the state
of blissful relaxation

feel yourself grounding, connecting
with the earth below you
this wonderful energy moving up through the spine
crown of the head

letting go of any thoughts of the past or the future
being totally here
and just notice all the subtle sensations in the body
simply observe the thoughts that flow in
and out of your consciousness
like clouds in a sky
as they drift by
stay centered and peaceful
watching them without judgment
without a desire to push them away or cling on

breathe deeply and fully
totally relaxing the muscles of the face, the body
letting any tension or pain
worry or judgement
just fall away

take in the fullness of this moment
the fullness of your being
open your heart and be ready to receive
