there’s a lot of us don’t even know that we suffering from (depression) if we do we suppress it we think that we weak if we speak of (depression) it’s society making us numb ignoring the signs of (depression) how do we fix? especially when you don’t realize it gone you just feel affects of you being torn, one thing that i’ve learned, the cure is engulfed in the pain/ to value the sun you must feel some rain/ acknowledge that pain/ it makes you get close with yourself, no shame if you need help, seek it
