to become adjusted to new conditions
by this you shouldn’t reminisce on the times that left or slipped
the futures untold and holds what will be the memories you make
and it’s up to you
because those memories those times and moments that at that specific time feel bliss
something you won’t want to miss yet something you’ll forever refer back to in your mind and, miss
whether it’s the people place or person it’s all based on love in the finish to be honest
it’s based on the moment where you let go
let go of pre-presumptuous thoughts and lived and let live
love within, love without, for the night, for the day, for the people and the ones that make that moment of love and content shimmer and glimmer and stand out, no doubt
and no doubt there will be times and there will be times where the memories unwanted or even tainted by future revelation or occurrence
but change and growth is always imminent and we’re forever developing and adapting

so don’t hold anger or hatred towards the people or time
just smile and move forward because eventually you’ll find
that satisfaction or comfort that you know you deserve
focus on yourself and your voice will be heard
nothing lasts forever so don’t hold on or give up
just know and remember that your main motives love
not necessarily for a person, but for what you know best
will make you look back and smile at the mess
let times do its work and the feeling will change
smile for what its worth and you’ll heal with your age
when the cans are all empty and your funds have run dry
indulge in the presence and look up at the sky
imagine tomorrow the future and all that’s ahead
and don’t base whats to come on the life that you’ve led
think of all the people from far and from near
remember there’s more than what you see and you hear
it’s all trial and error so don’t assume that you’ve failed
cause you’re breathing and young and your ship hasn’t sailed
you’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll feel and get high
you’ll look around at times and the question is why?
but as long as you know that your life is your own
to love within and without means you’re never alone
and above all else, eventually, you will adapt
you will adapt

so give yourself time, don’t box yourself in, or close yourself off
be open to change and you’ll heal from the loss
