letra de the dark order of the saints ch 6. death: here - james bogucheski

what happened in the end of the story? i don’t know. my father died when i was 8, he never got to tell me the end. i guess i’ll never know what happened to professor james, or clark and pastor mark in the holy movement. what about leonardo? where did he end up with his musical career? that along with other questions, like “does god exist?” or “was pastor mark lying about the angel?” or “what was the dark order and why was it so dark?”

those are just a few of the questions that i was left to answer myself using my imagination. today is monday, march 20th, 2019. a bright sunny day. breezy wind, birds chirping

newark, new jersey is a monotonous place, where a lot of things happen. the volleyball courts are crowded with espanitos, and the soccer courts are crowded with chops and brazucas. the young lion cubs of the ironbound… occasional hugs and kisses of innocent schoolchildren that fall in love for each other viewed from afar. the park bench is a welcoming place to park my solitude. occasionally the sheriff rides through, making sure everything is ok. the slushes are being sold on every corner. they’re still just a dollar each

in my room there are tools scattered on the floor, some electrical experiments, some notebooks next to my bed. i took lectures on every subject imaginable, business, microeconomics, artificial intelligence, neural networks, calculus 1, 2, 3, and 4. quantum physics and quantum mechanics, biology, microbiology, immunology, law. robotics, greek, jewish, american, and french history. chemistry, painting, advanced music theory and composition. algorithms

knowing wasn’t enough, so i ran 200 miles and lost 110 lbs. learned more about martial arts, practiced some moves. read the mueller report, saw a clear connection between jr. and the gru and wikileaks. ratted to congress logically, even looked up the specific t-tles, sections and punitive measures that could be taken. all in public. after that, they voted to have barr held in contempt of congress for his 2 page report. how deep does the hole go? honestly, maybe it goes very deep. i read on kessler’s inside the cia that a lot of times infiltrators were able to do a perfect acting job and convince the people they were who they actually were
the high involvement of activities in the gru with the republican party might end up later showing actual cooperations with the kgb
did you know that the russians wanted trump to win so they could possess ukranian territory disguising it as a peace treaty that was really a silent coup? the evidence gathered by the fbi indicates these facts are true. the cia as well as the nsa have already read the evidences of the investigation and concluded the same thing: there was direct involvement in the cooperative efforts of the gru and the republican party

§600.4 a) the special cousel was given authority to prosecute and investigate any federal crimes committed with the intent to hinder the investigation. including obstruction, indimidation, threats, perjury and destruction of evidence
only needing to request more powers of jurisdiction from the ag if including a civil member

summer 2016, dt jr. and other campaign leaders met to receive what they expected to be relevant “dirt” on hillary from russians, the meeting took place, but the after the russian lawyer’s presentation they didn’t think the information had enough “dirt.” right before they hacked the dnc

the retrieval of electronic communications only proved that the meeting between the campaign leaders and the russian lawyers took place, the hacked information could’ve been requested in person. after all if there isn’t enough “dirt” all you need to do is dig deeper

the gru releases files on wikileaks, page gets fired for drawing media attention on the matter

in august manafort meets with kilimnik who the fbi believes to have ties to russian intelligence. though it was to inform that there was a potential way which required help of mr trump upon winning the election for russia to take control of a ukranian territory. they exchanged poll data often after that

after more releases of hacked information by the gru the fbi stated that the information release was in order to interfere with the election results

obama’s last day in office he imposed sanctions on russia for having interfered with the election process. the cia, nsa and fbi all concluded with high convictions in 2017 that russia had interveined with the election results

it’s possible that james comey was fired for investigating the intervention. he was fired 7 weeks later, after giving a statement that there was an ongoing investigation. though the investigation was really irrelevant at that point. there was clearly a correlation. highly obvious that the information was requested in person by the campaign members to the russian lawyer who gave the presentation. the very nature of their business meeting is proof of that

§1030 – a) 1) states that
whoever—
(1) having knowingly accessed a computer without authorization or exceeding authorized access, and by means of such conduct having obtained information that has been determined by the united states government pursuant to an executive order or statute to require protection against unauthorized disclosure for reasons of national defense or foreign relations, or any restricted data, as defined in paragraph y. of section 11 of the atomic energy act of 1954, with reason to believe that such information so obtained could be used to the injury of the united states, or to the advantage of any foreign nation willfully communicates, delivers, transmits, or causes to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted, or attempts to communicate, deliver, transmit or cause to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted the same to any person not ent-tled to receive it, or willfully retains the same and fails to deliver it to the officer or employee of the united states ent-tled to receive it;
and also:
7 c) states that it is a crime to facilitate the obtaining of any information through the byp-ss of a secured computer that would serve as possible means of extortion (which includes private files, pictures, videos…)

the resquesting of this information makes someone guilty of conspiration of fraud and related activity in connection with computers

which under a)1) is punishable with 20 years in prison at most
and the person damaged by this action can sue for economic compensation if initiated between 2 years of discovery of this information
this section also has provisions for forfeitures of personal property that was used for the infringement of this law, or that facilitated the breaking of this law

besides, some of the redacted lines are exactly where conclusions of crimes comitted are. stated as “harms to ongoing matter” or “personal privacy”
what if the harm to ongoing matter is an actual conviction?

it says that the evidence was not enough to charge a campaign member of actually being enlisted as a ru operative, but it doesn’t say it couldn’t charge anything else. it also says that it couldn’t charge a campaign finance violation, but it doesn’t say it couldn’t charge it as conspiring fraud

it also says the evidence is not sufficient to prove that they hired the gru to affect the votes, but it doesn’t say the evidence wasn’t enough to charge the cooperation of efforts to uncover dirt on hillary

it does day however that many of the campaign members lied to the investigators, which is a chargeable offense as the lies resulted in the impairement of the russia investigation
in fact, several of these members have already been charged and pleaded guilty to the offenses

many of the investigated pleaded the 5th and were not granted immunity

the social media internet campaign might or might not have been initiated by trump’s team. social media support sometimes comes naturally when people find a common goal. however, most of the time, these increases in popularity are bought in systems in a pay for play basis

on page 53 of the report a line redacted as hom, hides the handle of a possible infractor
not only that, but many of these redactions are in very close proximity to conclusions to be had. besides that, in page 76 of the report. after the release of hillary clinton’s emails, trump told gates that there would be more

how did he know there would be more?
that would only be possible if he was in direct contact with the supplier of this information, otherwise the reaction would have been similar to “where are all these emails coming from?”
what’s most surprising is that the release of this defamatory information is not only immoral it’s a crime. how could someone innocent be so ready to accept the release of this information and use it to his favor in order to get ahead? that’s not the typical behavior of a law abiding citizen

that’s like taking advantage that someone is robbing a store and giving away the goods, instead of alerting the authorities, to simply accept what’s going on

page 60 of the report shows direct communications between donald jr. and wikileaks that requested more information (information acquired by criminal hackers.) and showing support by tweeting their link. this looks like a cooperation to fraud and internet crime

not only was the breach of the servers welcomed by the president, he insisted to have the rest of the 30,000 emails also publically disclosed not taking into consideration her privacy

although that doesn’t prove a direct cooperation with the gru itself (although it could.) it shows a direct cooperation with internet hackers. criminals.
