the eleventh ammendent, was ratified
it started with this dude, cisholm, he was pretty p-ssed
when georgia owed him money, but made a little twist

they said, “no dude, you’re one of the british”
and he was like “what is this shhhh”
so he took em’ took court where they made their decision
that he was owed the money he had given

and georgia didn’t happen to like this too much
they had lost all the power-that was in their clutch
so they made laws, k!lling people who
went against them, so the supreme court thought they ought to

make a law, repealing their choice
quieting, cisholm’s voice
he could no longer, sue the state
unless it was appealed in a court case

so the states are now protected against those
who wanna sue the state because their woes
because they don’t deal with monetary damages
they can even ignore other countries because their savages
