and the whole time when i was having like a panic attack, it was kinda just like um- i knew that if i kept breathing and i kept paying attention to my breath then like, i wouldn’t die, so figure out some breathing techniques. that’s called the pattern interrupt, four-four-four, try that out when you feel like you’re having anxiety, and then just- f-ck. yeah i was stuck in traffic for an hour having a panic attack but i uh, i made it out, so. it was- and people who don’t have panic attacks they have no f-cking idea how bad it is, um and i don’t expect people to understand what it feels like-
