the two vanished, leaving no trace behind

one that defied the absolute laws of vampire society
and crossed a line they knew must never be crossed

to create a vampire without sanction
the society is thrown into chaos
soon, the vampire pursuit unit is dispatched to hunt down the lovers
this hyena-like pack of vampires relentless in their chase
slowly closes in on their target
in a world of peace and comfort
how long can these two, who had never before strayed from one another’s side
endure this desperate flight?
and yet
even as the cold gazes they have never before known
pierce them like blades
and sudden waves of anxiety
shake their bodies like a bitter wind
they press on, continuing their journey towards the world’s edge
