because school had just ended

that was the last time i heard from you

that was three months ago

one day i stopped by school

we met up again

i wasn’t expected

you needed supplies

you walked right by me

i avoided your eyes

after that, i kicked myself

for not talking to you

then i decided i was done dealing with you

i still have to see you two hours each day

i’ll never know what i did
why you stopped talking to me

but i’m back to not knowing you

and it’s better this way

your girlfriend had blocked me

back at the place where this friendship started

i learned how fast you can run, you run really fast

we’ve started to talk again

tryin to be friends again
