before we get shaking, let’s set a few ground rules
rule number one:
drink water & love yourself
self-love & self-care are undervalued sometimes
do your best to put your wellbeing at the top of your priorities
rule number two:

this is just poetry written by a kid
however, remember that anyones raw feelings are never trite even if they are articulated into cliches
taking art in a literal manner is missing the point
and most importantly, rule number three:
don’t follow the rules
who really cares
who’s to say what can or can’t be done
