i’m mad because i called directv the other day and they said they would come on thursday
and they also told me they would give me a confirmation text within an hour, tellin’ me that they was all booked from 12 to 4
but, the next hour i didn’t get a confirmation text and then right after that i called them up, you know it
because i’ma, man of my word and i want to make sure that they are also and if they werеn’t then i would be extra mad
but, also i couldn’t sеcretly wait to be so f-cking mad at them but, even more so i wanted the appointment to happen so..
after that i rang up i said “i didn’t get a text” and then the new lady said i would get one within 24 hours so i said “why the first guy say i would get it within an hour” she said she didn’t know cause she was a different person now
she would definitely be better if it was the same person but it wasn’t so i couldn’t get mad at her, even though i wanted to get mad at her, it wasn’t her fault, it should still technically be her fault!
yeah, so then i hung up, she said “thursday was a go” but then after that, i didn’t get a f-cking email even a day later
why the f-ck are they f-ckin’ with me
so then the next day i called them, and they said “yo we were, we are so sorry”
the thing is dude, is that they basically say sh-t like this the whole time
“oh, we really value you as a customer.”
“i can definitely understand why that is frustrating.”
i said, stop with that, i just want a guy to come on thursday!
so then he promised me that it would happen, i said “when can i have a confirmation email?”, and he told me “asap” because he wasn’t in a position to tell me exactly when the email was gonna to come
yeah, this was two days ago, i’m firin’ off tweets
i’m getting really mad ’cause they not respondin’
finally i get a dm from directv, and they told me to tell me problem
yo! i already told four people the god d-mn problem and that sh-t made me so mad so i just f-ckin’
fired off a couple of tweets threatin’ i’d go to dish or hulu or f-cking just keep netflix and keep it streamin’
but, instead a guy called me directly immediately right after that from a 800 number
then i picked up, i didn’t understand a word the guy except for that the people were definitely gonna come thursday
i said how come i don’t have a f-cking email and..
