anyhow, this piece of music is dеdicated to herbie hanc-ck in honor of his alma mater having awarded him an honorary doctorate degree, which is some other kind of establishment virtue when you dig it, you know? but herbie accepted it, so under the circumstances who, who are we to question it? yeah, his thing, you know. what was it, this thing out there in iowa? grinnell college. come on, it was grinnell college says that herbie hanc-ck was worthy of, of an award from them by their standards. so under the circumstances it must be cool. so this one’s called “dr. honoris causa.” dig it.
