i drove through the city and out into the country and i watched the sun rise and the sun set through tinted windows, and i know now waiting for me somewhere beyond this is a life greater
a life greater than posting infographics on my instagram story one, where one day i’ll see the light in their eyes again
and with time slipping into the cracks of everything pure, i told myself it’ll all come full circle
and for a brief moment, it made sense
