i was pondering my maths homework on the weekend
and i was doing decimals and fractions when
i had a little thought
what if there was two decimals
in a number
i couldn’t slumber
i had to work this out
could a number be split about?
i did my research and it turns out
3.6.5 isn’t real but i have doubt

i was walking to the milk bar, i had to work out
how much cash i’d need to bring so i could buy my food
i was thinking what i’d want and what i’d need
i was thinking of my money and how to feed
and i realized i needed
a little less than four dollars
but $3.6 wasn’t gonna cut it and i needed some more
but how would i get any more without reaching 3.7

i needed to have another decimal
but that’s not possible
i needed another .5
but i can’t add that to the end of 3.6
i was going to go to the milk bar
but i think ill spend my time
