or rather it was between me and his family
i was just a little kid maybe seven or eight
back when my temper and responses weren’t great

his mother pulled me to the side

this action back then would make frown and my temper flare
now if anybody knows me, especially personally
you’d know back then i was known to act violently
and this moment went by too fast as i lifted my leg high
and kicked in the hip, right above her left thigh
it didn’t take a while to realise that was wrong
but it didn’t matter i had taken too long
we weren’t friends anymore as he was showing me the door
and so i got walking and ever since then me and him haven’t been the best talking
