letra de the black box - kevin anglade
[intro]
we will see large numbers of poor people and specifically blacks going to jail and to prison and they will not have a chance
sp da king: d-mn…it was all part of the plan
[verse 1]
trapped in the black box
at times i feel like my mind is locked
i’m questioning whether i’m living in h-ll
and no, i’m not talking about jail or a prison cell
i’m talking about the limits of the physical realm
racist propaganda makes one feel like an invisible hand is holding me down, quicker than the sand
where i’m from, most just want to appear to be the man
yet the majority is never taught how to establish a concrete plan
so death and destruction inevitably becomes the game plan
it seems as if it was all a part of the plan that was designed and established over 400 years ago by the white man
now its subliminally weaved into every system that was designed by the men who were falsely held to give birth
to the greatest nation
sh-t, it’s even in the constitution
it says we are nothing but 3/5ths of a man
so check the facts before you start to criticize us for running these streets behaving uncivilized without any idea of how to create a plan
[outro]
we’ve all heard stories about drug dealers who were caught and arrested again and again but never punished
well, here the rules have changed
if you sell drugs, you will be caught
and when you’re caught you will be prosecuted
and once you’re convicted, you will do time!
